JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school education, or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and access to dependable transportation.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal skills.
  • Professional manner and team oriented.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase market share and revenue for Green Home Solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the green and sustainable living sector, including partnerships with real estate agents, property managers, and eco-conscious homeowners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including environmental organizations, green building councils, and other relevant industry partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials that highlight the environmental benefits of our products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, environmental regulations, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
  • Provide input on product/service development based on market feedback and evolving sustainability trends.
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the sustainability or green living sector.
  • Passion for environmental sustainability and knowledge of eco-friendly products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey the benefits of our green solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Desire to transition to sales after demonstrating business development skills.

 
Green Home Solutions (GHS), a leading company in Indoor Air Quality and Mold Remediation, is engaged in providing services to our customers in the areas of: Mold Remediation, Disinfection, Odor Control, HVAC Ductwork Sanitizing, and related services.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
