Green Home Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Remediation Technician for hands-on mold remediation, cleaning, containment, demolition, and indoor environmental work. This is a physically demanding job and an opportunity to learn a trade, grow with a company, and build a long-term career.
We provide a structured two-week onboarding and training program covering safety, PPE, customer communication, containment, demolition, HEPA vacuuming, damp wiping, equipment cleaning, and our remediation process.
This is an entry-level position with an expectation of growth. Reliable, hardworking team members can advance into a Remediation Technician role topping out at $25/hour and a Senior Remediation Technician role topping out at $28/hour. Future opportunities may also be available in inspections, testing, and operations management.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with mold remediation and indoor environmental cleaning projects
- Set up containment and protect customer homes
- Perform physical labor, cleaning, trash out, HEPA vacuuming, and damp wiping
- Help with controlled demolition when needed
- Load, unload, clean, and organize tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Wear required PPE, including respirators or full-face masks, coveralls, and gloves
- Follow directions from lead technicians and management
- Communicate respectfully with coworkers and customers
- Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or jobsite problems
What We’re Looking For
- No prior remediation experience required
- Reliable, teachable, and willing to work hard
- Able to perform physically demanding work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable wearing full PPE
- Comfortable working in basements, attics, crawlspaces, and contained work areas
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions and accept feedback
- Flexible with changing jobsite schedules

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
